The activity feed

Where Activity is on a desktop and a phone, what a signal's card tells you, and how to read each account's answer to it.

Activity shows what your service has done, newest first: every signal that arrived, what each account did with it, and the changes you made. It keeps recent lines only. Signals are kept apart from the rest: Signals keeps up to your last 50, however many changes came after them. For older trades, open the Journal.

Where to find it

  • On a desktop, it fills the lower part of the right-hand column, under Open positions. History above it opens the full timeline, which you can filter by kind.

  • On a phone, open the Activity tab.

Both show the same list. Choose All, Signals or System above it, and your choice is remembered.

Activity on a phone

A signal's card

Each signal that arrives gets a card with:

  • LONG, SHORT or FLAT: what the signal asked for;

  • the signal's name and the time;

  • a line saying what it asked for and how many switched-on agents it went to, such as Scalper · buy 1 MNQ · 3 agent(s);

  • how many accounts filled, failed or were skipped. waiting… means the answers are still coming, no answer that none came within a minute, and no agent follows this that no account has it switched on;

  • LEADER, when one of your leader accounts sent it.

The card's edge is red when something failed, and grey when no agent took the signal.

Each account's answer

Press the card to open it. Each account that got the signal is listed under its connection, failures first, with its size and one word:

  • filled: the order went through.

  • failed: it did not. When your broker rejects an order, the service switches that agent off, and it waits for you in Needs attention.

  • dry run: from a broadcaster's test session, so nothing was placed.

  • A reason such as another agent has it, daily limit or account full: the service skipped it on purpose, and the line under it says why. Every reason is in Why an order was not placed.

If two agents on one account got it, each row also names its agent.

What a trade made

All the signals of one trade share a trade tag, such as #L055, in their card's corner. Press it to open the trade: What a trade made explains it.

The other lines

Everything else is a single line with a dot: an agent you switched on, a flatten you asked for, a connection that dropped. A red dot is a failure and an amber one a warning. The same line several times in a row shows once, with a count such as 3×.
