Some suppliers in the Marketplace sell a signal channel: a channel whose signals your accounts follow. Each is sold by the supplier named on its card, as its own subscription. It is not part of your ClearEdge subscription, but needs it: your service trades the signals.
Subscribe
In the side menu, choose Marketplace. A channel's card says Signal channel. Press View.
Under What the channel trades, check its signals and the instruments they trade.
Press Subscribe Now. Where there are several prices, each has its own Subscribe – button.
The first time, tick that you have read and agree to the Broadcast Follower Agreement, press Accept & Continue, then Subscribe Now again.
Pay by card on the checkout page. A promotion code from the supplier goes there too.
Without a ClearEdge Automation subscription, the page says Needs ClearEdge Automation instead: What ClearEdge Automation costs.
A channel with a free trial says so on its card, such as 7D TRIAL. Each channel's trial can be used once.
Once you are subscribed
You are a member straight away, with no approval to wait for. Its signals appear in Automation, under Signals, tagged BROADCAST, and you choose the accounts and the size: Signals from channels you join. Under Broadcasts, the channel's card says Subscribed.
The Broadcast Follower Agreement allows broadcast signals on simulated accounts only, such as prop firm evaluations: Follow a broadcaster.
Cancel
A channel you subscribe to has no Leave. Press Manage on its card, or go to Subscriptions and open Marketplace Subscriptions (Marketplace on a phone). Press Cancel, then Confirm cancel. You stay a member to the end of the paid period, and Re-activate undoes it until then.
If a payment fails
You keep the membership for three days past the paid period, to put the payment right. After that it is suspended: its card under Broadcasts says Suspended, and its signals stop. Your agents on them stay as they are, and Activity says why nothing arrives. As soon as the payment goes through, the membership and its signals are back by themselves.
A membership is only suspended or ended while the market is closed, at the daily close or over the weekend, and the channel has no trade open, so you are never left in the middle of one. Until then, its card says Expiring. The exception: a subscription the supplier or ClearEdge cancels with immediate effect ends the membership at once. When it ends, the agents on its signals are switched off: Flatten and stop agents.
