There are two kinds of code. The Coupons page has deals from prop firms, which you use at the firm. A promo code for ClearEdge itself goes in when you subscribe.
Deals on the Coupons page
In the side menu, choose Coupons.
Each deal shows how much it takes off, what it is, and the Coupon code: to use, or Not required when it needs none.
Press the deal. The firm's page opens in a new tab: use the code there.
These codes are for the firm, not for your ClearEdge subscription. When there are none, the page says No offers available right now. If you are in a team, you see your team's deals.
A promo code for ClearEdge
A ClearEdge promo code is used when you start a subscription, at checkout. One discount applies per checkout.
From a partner's link: open the link, then subscribe within a day in the same browser, and checkout applies the code for you. The New Subscription page shows it with Coupon applied!, and its × takes it off. A code that can't be used on your account, such as one for first-time customers when you have paid before, is left off, and checkout lets you type another.
A code you type: the checkout page has a field for a promotion code, unless a discount is applied already.
A seller on the Marketplace may give you a code for a strategy. It goes in the same way, at that strategy's checkout.
After you subscribe
Your discount is listed under Discounts when you press Manage on your subscription's card and choose Next invoice.
There is no field for a code on a subscription you already have. When there is an offer for existing subscribers, your subscription's card shows it. Get the offer puts it on your subscription from your next invoice.
Cancelling ends a discount that lasts for as long as you stay subscribed: see Cancel your subscription.
