Cancelling stops your next renewal. Until the end of the period you have paid for, everything keeps working, and you can change your mind.
Close your positions before the end date
When a cancelled subscription ends, your service stops there and then. It closes nothing first: open positions stay at your broker with nothing managing them. So close them yourself before the date under Access continues until. See When a renewal is late or your subscription ends.
Cancel
In the side menu, choose Subscriptions. On your subscription's card, press Manage and choose Cancel subscription. With more than one subscription, check the service named on the card first: it is the one that stops.
If this is your last subscription that renews, Before you go… lists ways to get help. To go on, press I still want to cancel. With another subscription that renews, the page goes straight to step 4.
If an offer to stay comes up, press No thanks, I'd like to cancel to go on.
Under Subscription, check the service named there. Under What happens when you cancel, check the date you keep access until. A reason and a note are optional.
Press Cancel Subscription.
The page then says Your subscription has been cancelled. Your card shows Cancelled on and Access continues until.
What happens next
Your subscription does not renew after that date, and nothing more is charged.
If a payment is overdue, cancelling takes effect at once, and your access ends then.
The introductory price, and any discount that lasts for as long as you stay subscribed, ends with your subscription. A new subscription later is at the price of the day: What ClearEdge Automation costs.
Once it has ended, your service no longer appears in Automation.
Changed your mind?
Before the date, press Re-activate Subscription on your card. The page says Your subscription will renew as before., and your price stays as it was. Once the subscription has ended, it can't be re-activated, but you can subscribe again.
Close your account
There is no way to delete your ClearEdge account yourself. To close it, cancel your subscription first, then press Help and ask the team.
