Five steps take you from subscribing to your first automated trade. Each one links to its full article when you want more.

1. Subscribe

In the side menu, open Subscriptions and subscribe to ClearEdge Automation. When the payment has gone through, the page says You're all set!, and Open Automation takes you straight to your service. From then on, Automation in the side menu takes you there too. See What ClearEdge Automation costs.

2. Start your service

Automation opens on Your service is not running. If your email address is not confirmed yet, press SEND THE LINK and confirm it from the email first. Then check the name under Your service will be named and press START THE SERVICE. It takes a minute or two, and the page says when it is ready to trade. See Start and stop your service.

Your service is not running, and the START THE SERVICE button

3. Connect your broker

On a desktop, choose Connections at the top of the left column and press + Add connection. On a phone, open the Connections tab and press + Add a connection. If it asks Which account should ClearEdge trade?, choose A prop firm account I have, A new prop firm account for our discount codes, or A practice account. Pick your broker, enter its login and press ADD CONNECTION, or choose Simulated to practise without one. See Connect your broker.

Add a connection: the broker, its name, Demo, and the login

4. Create a signal and its TradingView alert

In the side menu, open Signals, press New Signal and follow the steps. The signal's page shows its Webhook URL and Message: paste both into a new alert in TradingView. A signal from a channel you have joined needs no alert, because it is already in your list. See Create a signal and Set up a TradingView alert.

5. Put it on an account and test it

In Automation, open Signals: the tab on a phone, the switch at the top of the left column on a desktop. Open your signal and tick the accounts that should trade it. Then press Test…. A test is a real signal, so on a broker connection it places a real order. See Put a signal on an account and Test a signal.
