A trading team is a group on ClearEdge with its own channels and deals, run by its own admins. You join from the team's invite link, and its admins let you in.

Join

  1. Open the invite link the team gave you. There is no code to type: the link is the only way in.

  2. Signed out, the page says You're invited to and the team's name. Press Sign in and join, or I'm new — create an account.

  3. Signed in, Request to join this team asks you to confirm. Press Join Team.

Your own subscription first

The team's admins can let you in only once you have your own ClearEdge Automation subscription. Until then, the team page shows Join the team in two steps: press Subscribe now, and the admins approve you after that. See What ClearEdge Automation costs.

While you wait, the team page says Application Submitted, and most of the side menu is hidden. When you are let in, it says Membership Approved!, and an email says Welcome to the team. If the admins say no, it says Application Declined.

Once you are in

  • Team Dashboard, under Team in the side menu, is the team page.

  • Your Team Channels lists the channels you are in. You are put in the team's own channels when you are let in, and Join Channel asks to join another under Available Team Channels.

  • A channel's signals then trade the accounts you choose, as any channel's do: Follow a broadcaster.

  • Coupons shows the team's own deals.

  • A team can switch off Coupons, Marketplace or Broadcasts for its members, and then they aren't in your menu.

If your subscription lapses, you are locked out of the team page again until it is active.

Leave

On the team page, press Leave Team and confirm. The page says You have left the team. Your subscription stays as it is. While your request is still waiting, Withdraw Application takes it back.

To join again, open the invite link again.

If the link doesn't work

  • This team has reached its member limit and is not accepting new members. Ask the team.

  • A channel that belongs to a team can't be joined with a code: members join through the team's invite link.
