Report a problem sends the team your note, with any screenshots or recording you add, and your service's recent log. Ideas, and anything that felt awkward, are just as welcome there.
Open it
On a desktop, in Automation, press ⋮ at the right of the top bar and choose Report a problem.
On a phone, press ⋮ at the top of Automation and choose Report a problem….
When your service is not responding, the card on the phone's Home has Report a problem as well.
If you have more than one service, switch to the one it is about first. The report goes with the service on screen.
What to write
The service's recent log goes with the report, so you don't have to describe what it was doing. In the box that asks What did you see?, write what only you know:
what you did, and what you expected;
what happened instead, and roughly when;
the account, instrument or signal it was about.
A note can be up to 4,000 characters.
Add screenshots or a recording
Add a screenshot takes up to three pictures: PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF, up to 5 MB each. You can also paste one into the text box. Each shows as a small picture, and its × takes it off.
Add a screen recording takes one video: .mp4, .mov or .webm, up to 250 MB. If yours is bigger, trim it to the part that shows the problem.
Send it
Press Send. It works once you have written something.
A recording goes first, while the button says Uploading recording…. If it can't be uploaded, send without it or try again.
The sheet then says Sent, with a reference such as
2026-09-29_143005_a1b2.
You can send one report a minute.
After you send it
The team has your report, with the service's log from the moment you sent it. Keep the reference: if you want to talk it through, press Help and give it to the team.
A report closes nothing. If a position is open with nothing managing it, close it on your broker's own platform first.
Still stuck? Press Help in the app: Leeloo, the AI assistant, answers from these articles, and the team is one click away.
