Your TradingView alert fired, and nothing happened on your accounts. Go through these checks in order.
Is there a card in Activity?
Open Activity: a tab on a phone, the right-hand column on a desktop. Choose All or Signals above the list. Every signal that reaches your service gets a card there, with the signal's name. Only recent signals are kept, so look soon after the alert fires.
A card that says no agent follows this: the alert arrived, but no account has the signal switched on. Go to the last check.
A card with accounts that filled, failed or were skipped: the alert arrived, and each account answered. Why an order was not placed explains the answers.
No card at all: your service never got it. Go on to the next check.
Are the Webhook URL and the Message unchanged?
In the side menu, choose Signals and press the signal.
Copy the Webhook URL with Copy, and the Message with Copy Message.
In TradingView, open the alert and paste both over what is there, unchanged.
The Webhook URL is the same for all your signals, and the Message is what tells them apart, so take it from the right signal. Leave the parts in double braces as they are: TradingView fills them in when the alert fires. See Set up a TradingView alert.
Is the alert active?
In TradingView, open your alerts and check that this one is still active. An alert that has stopped or expired sends nothing.
Is the service Running?
The status at the top of Automation must say Running. Signals that arrive while your service is off are missed, not traded later: see Start and stop your service. If it says Service not responding, see The service is not responding.
Is the signal on an account, with its agent on?
Each account that should trade the signal needs an agent for it, switched on. Open the account in Automation: under Agents, the switch beside the signal must be on. To add it to more accounts, see Put a signal on an account.
If Needs attention says the signal could not trade — agent stopped, fix the cause, then press Turn back on.
