Open positions lists every position your accounts hold right now, with its open P&L. On a phone it is on Home. On a desktop it heads the right-hand column. If you hid that column, the handle on its edge shows how many positions are open.
What a row shows
The contract, with LONG or SHORT and the size.
FOLLOWER when it copies a leader account, and LEADER on the leader's own hand trade.
The account, and the agent that opened it, or manual when no agent did.
Its open P&L.
On a desktop, press a row to open the signal that holds it.
Grouped by what opened them
Positions are gathered under a dotted rule that names what opened them: broadcast, copy, echo or webhook, then the signal's name. A copy group is a leader and its followers, leader first. Trades that no agent opened come last, under manual.
The tree button beside the heading switches between these groups and one plain list. Your choice is remembered.
Flatten one position
Press flatten on its row. It closes that one position straight away, without asking. The agent stays on, so the signal's next trade can open a new position.
Flatten a group
Press flatten group at the end of the group's rule. It is there when the group holds more than one position.
A signal's group asks first, then closes each position in it. Its agents stay on.
A copy group closes the leader's hand trade, and the followers copy the exit. If the leader is already flat, the followers' positions are closed one by one.
Other ways out
On a signal's page, Flatten all & switch off closes everything that signal holds and switches it off on every account. Turn every account back on switches it back on.
On a connection's page, Flatten 3 trades, with the number open, closes everything on that connection and leaves its agents on.
To close everything on every account at once, use FLATTEN ALL on a desktop or FLATTEN ALL & STOP AGENTS on a phone: Flatten and stop agents.
When the service is not answering, a phone shows can't flatten in place of the button. Close the position on your broker's own platform.
